Canvas
Canvas is an artistic intervention by muralist Anna Taratiel in collaboration with Escofet, that took place during the Barcelona Design Week. The concept revolves around the idea of turning two pieces of concrete furniture into a blank canvas open to art and color, with the aim of exploring more friendly and playful paths for people who inhabit the city. The resulting work was converted into an interactive and sensorial installation, where the connection of apparently opposite fields – art and design, matter and abstraction, geometry and organicity – lead us to a context of free use and interpretation.
