Peace for Ukraine
This is my contribution to the solidarity exhibition to support the Ukrainian people that has organised dimad_and famafest.zine at Matadero Madrid with the intention of raising funds for ACNUR, the UN refugee agency. I have used yellow flowers to create the composition, in reference to the national symbol of the country. The concept of the work does not only lie in its aesthetic function, but also in the very process of its creation: while I was completely focused on placing each of the flowers in the right place, I was also connecting with my present moment, and therefore, with my own inner peace.
